Equipment and performance
Identify the configuration, dimensions, goods envelope and load basis. State whether a load is per item, per metre or per square metre, and under which extension, gradient and operating conditions it applies.
Power, controls and interfaces
List the supply voltage, phase and frequency; installed drives; control cabinet; speed control; sensors; start/stop and emergency-stop arrangements. Define upstream and downstream signals and who connects them.
Documents, service and acceptance
Request the selected layout or dimensioned drawing, equipment specification, applicable CE documentation, operating instructions and spare-parts identification. Agree installation, training, acceptance, the two-year warranty coverage and service arrangements.

These references describe starting arrangements for quotation. Project drawings and the final equipment package are agreed for the selected machine.
