Nested extending boom
Successive rectangular stages extend a continuous conveying route into the vehicle. The retracted body, extension stroke and total reach must all fit the dock and trailer envelope.

Custom-made telescopic belt conveyors for truck and container handling. Configure the retracted envelope, working reach, belt width, heights and controls around your loading bay.
Every conveyor is custom made for the client. Define the length, width, heights, conveying surface and controls around your operation, with the selected configuration and project scope set out in writing.
Estimated delivery: 60 days. Your written quotation confirms the delivery schedule, freight arrangements and responsibilities for installation and support. Two-year warranty. The written quotation specifies coverage, the commencement date, exclusions, spare parts and service arrangements.

Goods travel on a belt rather than an expandable roller bed. Define the parcel base, width and transfer conditions at the dock and operator end.
Fixed positioning, mobility and height adjustment are configuration choices. Specify clearances, operator positions and the load condition at maximum extension.
Select the telescopic arrangement from the goods, vehicle envelope and available dock space. Retracted body length, extension stroke and total working reach are separate dimensions. The load condition at full extension, belt support, transfer heights and operator access are considered together for the complete operating envelope.
Illustrative workflow for discussing your project. This is not a dimensioned installation drawing or a completed customer project.
Reserve the retracted body footprint and maximum operating reach. Specify trailer dimensions, mounting, operator position and the required load condition at full extension.

Each telescopic conveyor is made to order for its bay, vehicles and cargo. The boom dimensions and full-extension load condition are assessed as one working envelope.
Set the retracted body position, required extension, belt width and vehicle relationship. Define load distribution, clearances and the connection to warehouse handling.
Specify whether the project needs relocation or changes in working height. Supports, adjustment, controls and operator positions are selected around those requirements rather than assumed from an illustration.
These application details define the made-to-order conveyor. Include the dimensions and operating requirements you know; the remaining choices can be developed from your handling task.
The selected conveyor is configured to connect with your equipment and site. Include the destination, transfer levels, power supply and control signals. The quotation defines the delivery schedule and installation, connection and commissioning responsibilities.

Yes. The belt width, retracted envelope, extension and working heights are configured around your bay, vehicles and cargo. These dimensions are selected with the supporting arrangement and required load condition.
Retracted length describes the stored conveyor body. Stroke is the additional extension, while total reach describes the complete extended working length. State all three so the conveyor fits both the bay and the vehicle.
Send the vehicle opening and floor level, available internal space, dock geometry and warehouse connection. Include operator access and any obstructions throughout extension, operation and retraction.
The load condition changes with boom position and how goods are distributed along it. Specify item weights and the required loading condition at maximum reach so the selected configuration can be assessed against that case.
Describe the heights and positions you need, including any relocation requirement. The proposed supports, adjustment and operating envelope must suit those conditions; an image does not define the supplied mounting arrangement.
Specify both modes when needed. Belt direction, controls, operator access and the feeding and receiving arrangements are selected for each operating sequence.
Provide the cargo mix, sustained and peak flow, duty hours and warehouse interfaces. The drive and controls are selected for the full task, including start/stop behaviour, emergency-stop interfaces and downstream availability.
Retracted length, extension, belt width, load condition, mounting, height requirements and controls affect the cost. Delivery, installation and the connection to the dock and warehouse line are defined in the quotation.
Estimated delivery: 60 days, with the custom specification and schedule confirmed in the written quotation. All products are CE certified; ISO 9001 certification is held by the company.
Send your name, email and handling task. If known, add the goods, desired length, usable width and inlet/outlet heights to your message. These technical details are optional.
