Truck & container loading conveyor solutions

Compare mobile loading conveyors, elevating belts and telescopic booms for the vehicle, dock height and working space at your site.

The right loading arrangement depends on the gap between the warehouse and the operator inside the vehicle. A mobile incline, a supported roller extension and a telescopic belt boom solve different geometries. Compare the working envelope and storage position, then plan the connection to the rest of the warehouse.

How the goods move

  1. Connect the warehouse

Bring cartons from the dispatch or receiving position to the loading equipment.

  2. Bridge the height

Assess an adjustable incline where warehouse and vehicle floors are at different levels.

  3. Reach the working position

Compare a telescopic boom with a supported extension for the required vehicle reach.

Choose the right arrangement

Mobile incline or telescopic boom?

A loading conveyor can combine an incline with a supported extension. A telescopic boom uses nested sections and needs space for its retracted body and operating reach. These are alternative arrangements, not mandatory consecutive machines.

Check both directions

Loading and unloading have different handover conditions. Confirm reverse operation, the smallest parcel at each transition, vehicle movement and safe access around the operator.

Prepare your project brief

  • Vehicle types, internal length, floor heights and dock photographs
  • Required reach, retracted footprint, loading direction and storage position
  • Parcel sizes, weight, daily operation and electrical supply

Agree the complete project scope

The proposal defines the goods, layout, controls, software interfaces, guarding, delivery and commissioning responsibilities. Capacity and acceptance criteria are specified for the selected configuration.

Planning questions

Must all of these machines be included?

No. The layout compares functions and alternatives. The selected arrangement may use one loading machine plus a warehouse connection; vehicle geometry determines the combination.
