Expandable scissor frame
Linked side frames let the route extend and curve, then contract for storage. Roller spacing changes with expansion, so check goods support at the longest working position.

Custom-made powered flexible roller conveyors for changing packing and dispatch routes. Choose working and retracted lengths, width, height and drive controls together.
Every conveyor is custom made for the client. Define the length, width, heights, conveying surface and controls around your operation, with the selected configuration and project scope set out in writing.
Estimated delivery: 60 days. Your written quotation confirms the delivery schedule, freight arrangements and responsibilities for installation and support. Two-year warranty. The written quotation specifies coverage, the commencement date, exclusions, spare parts and service arrangements.

The carrying surface uses full-width driven rollers rather than passive small wheels. Confirm the drive arrangement, usable width and carton base together.
Castors and adjustable legs help position the line at changing work areas. Floor condition, parked stability, working height and cable routing belong in the configuration brief.
Configure the expandable route around the goods, operating positions and storage space. Extension and curvature change the roller spacing and the support beneath the load. The smallest base must remain stable throughout the intended working envelope, with mobile supports, cables and operator controls included in the layout.
Illustrative workflow for discussing your project. This is not a dimensioned installation drawing or a completed customer project.
Mark the longest route, tightest curve and storage position. Check carton support in all three positions, plus braked castors, cable reach and handover height.
For a permanent route with defined machine interfaces: Powered roller conveyors ↗
Each powered flexible conveyor is made to order around its working envelope. The frame geometry, roller pitch and drive must suit the same goods and operating positions.
Choose the required extended and retracted lengths, usable width, curves and space for moving and parking the conveyor. Check carton support at the longest operating position.
Define working heights, goods flow, drive speed and stop/start behaviour. Position supports and controls around the adjoining line, floor and operator access.
Every conveyor is made to order. These dimensions are configuration references, not a limit on the width, length or working height you can request. We select the final dimensions and options together for your goods and layout.
Carbon-steel rollers are the standard reference. Alternative materials and additional options are quoted separately.
Send your required length, usable width, inlet and outlet heights, and goods dimensions and weight. Include any requirements outside these reference sizes for configuration review.
These application details define the made-to-order conveyor. Include the dimensions and operating requirements you know; the remaining choices can be developed from your handling task.
A starting configuration for quotation, with dimensions and equipment selected to suit your project. The figures below apply to this reference arrangement.
Retracted length is 37.5% of extended length. These bars compare the reference unit lengths; allow additional space for supports, controls and operator access when planning the complete installation.
Roller pitch changes as the frame extends and curves. The 150 mm reference does not establish support for every carton. Check the smallest base at full working extension and through each curve.
Motor power is stated per 2 m; inverter capacity is a separate selection. Phase, frequency, installed motor count, connected load, controls and permissible goods load are confirmed for the selected machine.

The selected conveyor is configured to connect with your equipment and site. Include the destination, transfer levels, power supply and control signals. The quotation defines the delivery schedule and installation, connection and commissioning responsibilities.

Yes. These dimensions are set around your operating route, storage area and goods. The selected geometry must work as a complete frame; changing extension or width also changes support and stability requirements.
No single ratio defines every custom project. Provide the working and retracted lengths you need so the frame, supports and roller spacing can be selected together; published reference dimensions do not define every made-to-order configuration.
The spacing increases as the scissor frame opens. The smallest carton base must remain supported at the intended maximum extension and through the required curves.
The working layout can include suitable curves selected for the frame and goods. Send a plan of the intended positions and available space; do not assume that any bend radius will preserve carton support.
Specify the required flow, hours of operation, stops and receiving sequence. Drive speed, sensing and controls are selected around those conditions and the adjoining equipment.
This version uses driven rollers to move goods. A gravity roller or skatewheel conveyor relies on a suitable slope or manual push and uses a different movement and stopping arrangement.
Allow for the retracted envelope, movement path, floor condition and stable support at the operating positions. Cable routing, control access and the repeatable connection to other machines belong in the layout.
Working and retracted lengths, width, height range, roller support, drive and controls affect the cost. Required curves, supports, mobility and connection details also shape the quotation.
Estimated delivery: 60 days. The written quotation confirms the selected dimensions, options, delivery schedule and installation responsibilities. All products are CE certified.
The reference unit is 2,000 mm extended and 750 mm retracted. This is the reference unit length, rather than the complete installation footprint. Include supports, the control cabinet, cables and operator access in the installation and storage layout; confirm the final envelope for your selected configuration.
No. The sheet lists a 120 W drive per 2 m and separate inverter capacity choices of 0.75, 1.5 or 2.2 kW. Inverter capacity is not measured electricity consumption or a whole-machine power rating. The quotation specifies the selected drives, supply and connected load.
Send your name, email and handling task. If known, add the goods, desired length, usable width and inlet/outlet heights to your message. These technical details are optional.
