How the equipment works

Continuous carrying surface

The belt supports goods across the conveying length. This can suit bases that do not bridge roller gaps, provided belt friction and transfer gaps suit the item.

Frame and end transitions

The frame supports the belt while end pulleys create the transfer points. Describe the smallest goods, adjoining machine heights and acceptable transition gap.

Drive and belt selection

Belt material, drive, speed and duty must be selected for the goods and operating environment. Request any incline or special material requirement explicitly.

Application & fit

A belt provides continuous support along the conveying section, with each end transfer checked for the smallest item. Select the belt contact surface, frame, speed and route around the goods, their base and the operating environment. Inclines and curves require a matching construction; food-contact, bulk-material and replacement-belt needs are separate requirements.

Plan the application and handover points

Check before selecting the configuration

Use the smallest and least stable goods base to assess belt support and transfer gaps. State belt contact material, incline, environment and cleaning requirements before selecting the surface and drive.

Configuration choices

Made to order for your operation

Each complete belt conveyor is made to order for its goods and route. Belt width, frame dimensions, transfer geometry and drive are chosen as one system.

Length, width and transfer heights
Set the conveying dimensions and connection levels around the goods and neighbouring machines.
Belt surface and goods contact
Select the carrying surface for the base material, friction and stated operating environment.
Straight, inclined or curved route
Define the proposed path, changes in height and turning geometry for a suitable construction.
Drive, speed and controls
Specify the operating flow, duty, start/stop sequence and required signals.
End transfers, guides and supports
Plan gaps, goods guidance, supporting frame, access and installation interfaces.

Layout and operating choices

Workstation and line connections

Choose the length, usable belt width and transfer heights around the packing machines and receiving stations. Coordinate end gaps, support positions and access.

Surface, route and duty

Select the belt contact characteristics, drive and control sequence around the goods and required flow. Define any incline, curve or special environment as part of the custom layout.

Configuration information

These application details define the made-to-order conveyor. Include the dimensions and operating requirements you know; the remaining choices can be developed from your handling task.

  • Length, effective width and height (mm)
  • Goods dimensions (mm), weight (kg/item) and distribution
  • Speed (m/min), belt material and operating duty
  • Transfer gaps, adjoining lines, power and controls

Delivery and line connections

The selected conveyor is configured to connect with your equipment and site. Include the destination, transfer levels, power supply and control signals. The quotation defines the delivery schedule and installation, connection and commissioning responsibilities.

Belt conveyors: Configuration and ordering questions

Explore the configuration, integration and ordering decisions for this equipment. Send your load details and layout to discuss your own project.

Can a belt conveyor be made to our dimensions?

Yes. Length, usable belt width and working heights are configured around your goods and line layout. End transfers, frame supports and drive must suit those dimensions and the required operating duty.

When is a belt better than a roller conveyor?

A belt is worth considering when the goods base needs continuous support across the conveying section. Check the smallest item, base material and each transfer gap; a belt does not remove the need to assess the connections between machines.

How is the belt surface selected?

Provide the base material, goods condition, required friction and operating environment. The carrying surface is selected for that contact and duty; special cleaning or product-contact requirements must be stated explicitly.

Can the conveyor incline or turn a corner?

A suitable custom construction can include an incline or curve. Provide the route and goods details so belt behaviour, item stability, supporting frame and transfer points are considered together.

How are small cartons handled at the ends?

The smallest base and direction of travel determine the transfer assessment. Send the adjoining machine levels and allowable gap so the end geometry and receiving support can be selected.

Can speed and stop/start operation be configured?

Yes. Specify the required item flow, duty hours, stops and interaction with upstream and downstream equipment. The selected drive and controls must suit the complete sequence, not just a target belt speed.

Can it be connected to an existing line?

Provide line widths and heights, transfer points, power supply, control signals and available access. The quotation identifies the complete conveyor and the mechanical, electrical and commissioning responsibilities you request.

What determines the price of a complete belt conveyor?

Length, width, frame construction, belt surface, route, drive and controls affect the cost. Curves, inclines, transfer details, guides and the installation scope are also priced for the application.

What are the delivery and certification terms?

Estimated delivery: 60 days, with the schedule and configuration confirmed in the written quotation. All products are CE certified. The company holds ISO 9001 certification and is registered in Lithuania.
